Gadebridge Hall, Hemel Hempstead

Come and join our friendly Sunday Karate Club at Gadebridge Hall, Hemel Hempstead, every Sunday from 11.15am to 12.15pm. This class is open to all grades and all ages, whether you are a complete beginner, returning to training, or already experienced in karate.

Karate is a great way to improve fitness, confidence, focus, discipline and self-defence skills. Our sessions are welcoming, structured and suitable for families, children and adults. Everyone trains at their own level, so you do not need any previous experience to take part. Beginners will be guided through the basics, while more experienced students can continue developing their technique, movement and understanding.

Gadebridge Hall is part of Gadebridge Community Centre, located near Rossgate Shops in Gadebridge, Hemel Hempstead. The venue is used for a wide range of community activities, including martial arts, dance, education, meetings and local groups. It is a practical and accessible venue, with free parking at the front and rear of the shopping area, ramp access, a lift to the first floor, and accessible toilets on both floors.

The venue is also listed at The Nokes, Rossgate, Gadebridge, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 3LF, with parking nearby at the local shops.

Training takes place every Sunday, 11.15am–12.15pm. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. All ages and abilities are welcome. Come along, get active and give karate a try.
